According to patent number 6253060 of MEIKO Foods Co., Ltd., “Manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment for fish paste products”, “ASC certified aquaculture Pangasilimy®” and “Pangasius crab sticks” have gel strength (proportional to the firmness of the surimi and the hydration effect) of Alaska cod surimi ① 1500 and Pangasilimus surimi ② 1700, with the hydration rate of ① 65% / ② 85%, resulting in surimi cost of ① 750 yen → 454 yen / ② 550 yen → 297 yen. The whiteness is the same, and “Pangasius crab sticks” were manufactured in Vietnam using “Pangasius surimi”. We will provide tastings of “Pangasius surimi” and “Pangasius crab sticks”. We will use our patented technology to manufacture “Pangasius crab sticks”.
